We're excited to hire our first Marketing Lead to strengthen our marketing function at Digitail.

As our Marketing Lead, you are a creative, strategic leader with a broad view across Digital Marketing Channels.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading our marketing strategy for 2025 and executing it with the team!
- Evaluate our marketing KPIs to show meaningful metrics and customer acquisition success.
- Managing our content marketing strategy. Ensuring campaigns are planned with impact metrics and experimentation insights.
- Work closely with Product and Sales to build impactful marketing content that aligns with acquisition and customer advocacy objectives.
- Enhancing our social media presence with the team increases the Digitail community and word-of-mouth advocacy.
- Monitoring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals for the business.
- Managing SEO and SEA effectiveness with a third-party agency to ensure campaigns are practical and thriving to achieve MQL to SQL Conversion.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies with the internal team.
About you!
- You have previously led a marketing team in a start-up or scale-up, so you understand the tactics needed for a start-up to succeed!
- You are passionate about building a high-performing marketing team.
- You have managed marketing budgets with a thrifty approach and planning and built marketing strategies with successful execution and impact.
- You have experience managing offline marketing campaigns with a return on investment.
- Prior experience managing $5-20 million ARR (post-Series A, pre-Series C) acquisition targets through Marketing channels.
- Automation isn’t just about templates; you understand how to build new workflows, processes and metrics to surface insights that impact revenue goals.
- Analytical mindset: You back your impact with numbers and influence through evidence and data. You understand the importance of using data to prioritise the team’s work and make necessary changes.
- You have built scalable Marketing solutions using marketing frameworks to structure impact with cross-functional stakeholders.
