We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who is passionate about pets and the veterinarian clinics who serve them. You will be instrumental in connecting with forward-thinking veterinary professionals, partners, and customers demonstrating how groundbreaking technology can transform their practice.
Your success will be measured by your ability to engage users effectively through strategic marketing efforts, elevate brand recognition, and cultivate a vibrant community.
What you’ll do as a Marketing Manager at Digitail:
- Tell our customer stories by building case studies and overall messaging to share how we help veterinary clinics and their patients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (sales, cx, and senior leadership) to break down complex product marketing information into simple, compelling narratives
- Deliver valuable content to answer the questions our customers are trying to solve for with blogs, technical guides, how-to videos, newsletters, and more
- Organize and promote online and offline events, trade shows, such as webinars, community meet-ups, AMAs, and other engagement activities.
- Execute our social media plan to meet prospects and our community where they are
- Manage all website messaging and design with the support of our contractors
- Manage A/B testing strategy of website elements to optimize for conversions and user engagement
- Leverage our SEO partner to implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions etc), link-building, and technical SEO audits
- Manage relationship with our web development agency for technical implementation, maintenance support and bug fixes
- Manage marketing projects
- Regularly share reports and communicate insights to relevant teams and leadership
- Execute direct mail and local ad initiatives with the help of our extended team
