As an Onboarding Specialist at Digitail, you'll ensure a seamless transition for our clients onto our software platform.
Your primary role will be leading the onboarding and implementation process—working closely with clients to understand their needs, configure the software to their requirements, and provide training for successful adoption. You'll be a key point of contact between our clients and Digitail's internal teams, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
What you’ll do as a Onboarding Specialist at Digitail:
Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and expectations during the pre-implementation phase.
Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client workflows, data structures, and implementation needs.
Configure Digitail to match client specifications, creating customized solutions for their unique needs.
Lead the onboarding process by training clients to effectively use and maximize the software's features.
Assist clients with data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, escalating to appropriate teams when needed.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Work with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve our product.
Partner with the CSM team to ensure smooth transitions between sales, onboarding, and ongoing success.
How to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or software implementation.
Excellent people skills—you build rapport and trust with clients naturally.
Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle implementation challenges head-on.
Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations independently.
Tech-savvy—you quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems.
Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows
Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
