We are building the AI-native platform that powers modern veterinary care. Vets around the world open Digitail at their first appointment and close it after their last. We are a Series B company working to become the platform that defines how veterinary practices run, worldwide. Product and engineering sit here in Iași, around 40 of us.
Support the partners building on top of our APIs.
Help non-technical colleagues get past engineering issues.
Escalate complex engineering issues to the proper product team.
Implement automated tools that speed up what is repetitive.
Consistently stay within the agreed SLAs and ensure a high level of transparency on your work.
You join our Engineering team as part of the Platform and Enablement squad. Senior engineers on the team will mentor you and review your work.
This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow. If you have some experience with systems exposing APIs, you are a great fit!
You write clearly in English to people you have never met, and you have the ability to push back with arguments.
You can keep multiple open conversations moving without letting one go silent.
You can make an API call on your own: get an OAuth token, work out a 403, use Postman or curl, write some SQL.
You are comfortable in a terminal: SSH in, run a command, read a log. You know what a deploy is, you know what Docker and CI are.
You use AI tools every day and have built at least one thing with them that gets reused.
You do not need infrastructure experience. In this role you have the opportunity to learn this.
Your stakeholders hear back from you within two business days and no thread goes quiet.
By month six you run our sandbox on your own.
By month twelve you have shipped a change through CI.
