Our Opportunity!
We seek a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our North American sales team.
As an SDR, you’ll be critical in driving our business forward by generating qualified leads, engaging prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team.
This position offers room for growth and a chance to develop within our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- You'll research and identify potential customers within our target companies with whom to approach and build relationships.
- You will execute outbound calls and emails and find new ways to engage with future customers.
- Alongside outbound, you will shadow and learn from inbound leads, building product knowledge to understand clinic challenges, needs, and buying signals.
- Use HubSpot to manage and maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately log all interactions, and use automation to manage customer touch points.
- Track outreach performance metrics with the team and report on key insights, making data-driven recommendations for improved efficiency.
- Book qualified meetings and demos for our Workflow Practice Consultants and hand over relevant information to ensure a smooth transition for their implementation process
- Contribute to team training and coaching sessions to continuously learn new tactics and sharpen your skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales role in a start-up/scale-up! You understand how to make an impact through the customer's curiosity (SaaS experience is an enormous advantage!).
- You are unafraid to take risks and think outside the box to engage with a client or make a sale!
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can engage potential clients and spark product interest.
- Confident in using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is preferred) and adapting to new technology quickly.
- You have a results-driven attitude, focusing on meeting or exceeding targets. You are all about achieving the best possible outcome for the customer.
- You thrive in building impact and can manage your time efficiently. You seek technology to support prioritizing tasks and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
